The best way to get to the apartment is to catch the train and stop at Central Station, exit Chalmers St. The unit is located right in front of the exit.
15-minute loading zone parking is allowed in front of the entrance in Chalmer St in case you need to load or unload your luggage. The unit does not have a private car park or garage.
Security cards and keys are provided at the check-in;
The guests take responsibility for the loss of keys or cards, and in that case, fees will be charged.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.
There is a strict NO smoking policy for this apartment and building.
Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my apartment or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.
NO PARTIES,
A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from OTA also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES.
Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from OTA’s platform.
During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to:
- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and

Please be mindful of air conditioning, turn off when leaving the apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.
