Bondi to Watsons Bay
The Bondi to Watsons Bay is an 8km one-way walk, it spans a beautiful stretch of coastline on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. If you don’t have time to do the whole 8km walk, you can start the walk at Dudley Page Reserve and end at Watsons Bay.

Plenty of Cozy breakfast cafés, funky restaurants, and fine dining, in the area you will find all you need for any occasion, from Australian to Italian cuisine, Dumpling bars, or Ice Cream. Bondi nightlife offers a great choice of bars and clubs, for a day or night out drinking and dancing too!

Street Parking is all around the place, but I would suggest along Military Road or free parking is available at Simpson St/ Corner of Beach Rd St (10mins Walking from the unit).
Wilson parking is another option. Situated in Pacific Complex, charges are $ 20 overnight (5 Mins Walking from the unit). If you need more info, you can check their website.
Security cards and keys are provided at the check-in;
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.
There is a strict NO smoking policy for this studio and building.
Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my apartment or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.
There is a FIRE ALARM deactivation BUTTON, located next to the intercom. If this button is pressed within 60 SECONDS of the alarm being activated, it will disable the alarm and cancel the call out by NSW Fire Brigades.
Please familiarise yourself with this procedure to avoid any unnecessary call outs and subsequent charges by the NSW Fire Brigade.
NO PARTIES,
A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from OTA also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES.
Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from OTA’s platform.
During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to:
- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow my House Rules.
Please be mindful of air conditioning, and turn off when leaving the studio apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.
