Welcome to this warm and inviting coastal pool home located in the heart of Naples Park, just a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill Avenue Beach. Thoughtfully updated and beautifully furnished, this single-family retreat is ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together.

Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or multi-generational stays. There are 3 bathrooms in the home: 1 in the main bedroom, one across from bedroom #2 and #3 and bathroom #3 is connected to the family room.

The kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring quartz countertops, white cabinetry, and a counter-height dining area with four high-back chairs. Additional indoor dining seats four, making it easy to gather for meals.
Step outside to the screened lanai, where indoor and outdoor living come together. Enjoy multiple dining options, including a covered table for four and casual lanai seating, plus a propane gas grill for relaxed BBQs. The heated free-form pool is surrounded by comfortable outdoor furnishings, creating a private space to unwind after a day at the beach. Guests can access the lanai directly from both the family room and the primary bedroom.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds) Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.
Conveniently situated in Naples Park on the west side of the 600 block, this home is less than 2 miles from the beach, perfect for walks or bike rides. Public beach parking is also nearby for added flexibility. Naples Park is a charming, non-gated residential neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. Naples Park is pedestrian-friendly, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 40 minutes away. A car is recommended to fully explore the area.
To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
