Towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer and kitchen towels etc are provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a shoe-free home; if you’re not accustomed to walking barefoot on wooden floors, we recommend bringing your own slippers.
Supermarket:
Just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find a large Sainsbury’s where you can purchase most household groceries.
Transport:
The property is a 7-minute walk from New Barnet station. From there, you can reach Finsbury Park in 15minutes, connecting to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines within station. Trains also run directly to Moorgate, making it an excellent transport hub. London Zone 5 fares apply (including Day Travelcard and Oyster options). With around 90 trains departing daily from New Barnet to London, you are always well-connected. Additionally, New Barnet offers great connections to northern destinations like Cambridge and Oxford.
Parking:
There is onsite private parking immediately behind the property, with enough space for 2 or 3 cars. This is a private parking for our block of 7-8 houses, generally empty.
Staying Local:
For those who prefer to stay local, there are plenty of amenities nearby. A large Sainsbury’s is a 5-minute walk away, and the Barnet Leisure Centre, with swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts, and library is within minutes. Victoria Park, perfect for outdoor activities, is just a 6-minute walk away. For nature lovers, Beech Hill Lake, a scenic and peaceful spot surrounded by trees and frequented by birds and ducks, is within walking distance. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll around the lake or take a longer walk to Trent Park, a great weekend destination with multiple entrances (some gates close early, so check opening times). Trent Park also features open areas without gates and occasionally hosts summer music festivals.

We have a strict policy regarding the number of guests booked to stay versus the actual number present. There is an extra charge of GBP15/night per person for more than 4 guests, plus a GBP10 linen fee. Please note that the entrance to the garden area are cameras monitored for security purposes. Visitors are allowed, but the total number of people in the house should not exceed 8 at any time, including children. Visitor overnight stay after midnight is GBP25 per night. Parties or using the property for photoshoots are strictly prohibited.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
