The camera records video when activated by motion- While this property has ceiling fans, it does not offer air conditioning- This property runs on a septic system- The twin daybed with a twin trundle can be converted into a king bed- Open fires, ATV usage in the community, and any shooting of firearms are not allowed - Please note that a fishing permit is required to fish in the community ponds.
