The villa is divided into two separate flats which enjoy magnificent views over the valley. The apartment is on the first floor and has a private, shaded balcony furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area. Inside, there is an open-plan living room with high ceilings and a traditional fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and Moka coffee maker. On the ground floor of the house, there is a changing room for guests who play tennis or swim, plus a shower and a laundry room. The shared swimming pool has a slide and guests can relax on sun loungers after a refreshing dip. For the more active, there is a floodlit tennis court.
