Welcome to the cozy 3-bedroom home in Sand Point which is Seattle’s most distinguished neighborhood! Quick access to all the shopping and dining options at the popular University Village. Multiple parks and bike/walk trails are just minutes away!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome, about 1556 sqft. It has four levels including the rooftop, with a few steps to entry.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout
• Please be aware that the parking space cannot accommodate a full-size SUV.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
