Villa Endler is a wonderful new 4 bedroom villa located at the end of a small village Srinjine, on the hills above Podstrana and between Split and Omis. If you are looking for a sleek, modern villa in a tranquil setting yet really close to amazing beaches and historical cities to visit, then beautiful Villa Endler is for you!   This stunning, very private villa is surrounded by oak trees and succulent planting on a huge 903 sqm plot. How lovely to wake up to unspoiled nature and birds – typical Mediterranean sounds. The clever design is free flowing and with the living area doors wide open, the house becomes one huge spectacular space. The 10m x 4.5m incredible pool is perfect for children with steps leading into the water and a large shallow end. Very comfy, stylish sun loungers await as well as a lovely outdoor lounge corner and dining area. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic with an enormous barbeque – fabulous for those balmy summer holiday evenings. Great attention has been paid to magnificent mood lighting around the pool and terrace area. There is also another quiet, relaxing terrace area at the other end of the house - great if you fancy some quiet time or space to play with children away from the pool, and a table tennis area. You those careful about the sun, you can always find a lovely shady spot at this villa.   The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a calm, serene space. You feel really peaceful and mellow. For exercise enthusiasts there is a fitness room with an indoor running machine, some weights and a bench. The downstairs family bathroom with shower also contains a washing machine and dryer. Podstrana is just 20 mins to Split and the fantastic Omis. Postrana consists of 5 villages, the oldest being Gornja Podstrana which is situated on the slopes of the hill Perun. Stozanac, Grlevac, St Martin and Mutogras are all villages along the coast. The landscape of this fabulous area is truly amazing with mountain peeks, crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. Podstrana has become an elite suburb of Split, well known for its gastronomy. In the whole of this area you can experience a wonderful mix of traditional Dalmation cuisine with modern concepts. Must try dishes are grilled fish, black risotto, peka, pasticada and prosciutto in combination with the Pag island cheese.   Just 17km from Split, this has to be a definite day out for the family! There is something to see in every corner. In the historic centre you should visit the Golden Gate, Diocletian’s Palace built for the Roman emperor in 305 CE and the Jewish Ghetto. Fantastic boat trips can be booked from Split to the islands.   Omis, 12km the other way, offers many historical attractions and culture going back to the pirates that used to attack trade ships here. The towns restaurants are very popular. Omis’ summer Klapa festival is a delight with a capella singing in the churches and squares of the old town. The sandy beach is bliss. The Cetina river is perfect for those guests seeking adventure with its amazing canyon and zip-line, rafting and canoeing. Don’t miss a coffee break on the main promendade of Riva. Also Salona and Klis are 2 amazing landmarks – Salona is an ancient city and Klis is a medieval fortress where Game of Thrones was filmed.   The nearest airport is Split’s airport also known as Resnik Airport, 34km from the villa, on the west side of Kastela Bay, a very easy drive to the villa.
