This cozy little house has located in the established Earlewood Park Neighborhood of Columbia, SC. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it is perfect for small or medium sized groups who are looking for plenty of space and privacy. Off-street parking and a private backyard are all for your use during your retreat to our wonderful city.
The comfortable home has a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The bright, white kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, large sink, and dishwasher. There is also a regular drip coffee maker, grinder, microwave, and loads of dishware and kitchen items. Each of the bedrooms has a dresser, closet, and bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, shelves for storage, natural daylight, a shower / tub combination, and fresh bath linens. We also provide mini size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soaps. The living room has a large sofa and two side chairs, plus a TV with smart apps (no cable). High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Earlewood Park is an awesome neighborhood in Columbia. It is quiet and residential, yet we are only a mile or two from most of the major entertainment districts in the downtown area.
According to Maps, this house is 3.1 miles from USC/Horseshoe, 11 miles from Ft. Jackson Visitors Center, 4.7 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium and 2.6 miles from the Columbia Metro Convention Center.
Car is the dominant mode of transportation in Columbia. Uber and Lyft are great options, and there is also a Comet public transportation bus line nearby.
