It is only a short drive to Williams-Brice Stadium, USC campus, Riverbanks Zoo, the State House, Congaree National Park, & Sesquicentennial State Park. Or, leave the car behind and stroll over to local dining like Savage Craft Ale Works, Black Rooster, & Cafe Strudel. The space Our home is designed to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Lots of love and playfulness have gone into the design but we didn’t forget the practical things like charging stations next to every bed, convenient hooks, and enough seating for everyone. Guest access You will have access to the entire home including parking for 4 cars, the back patio, and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Only you and your registered guests will have access to the space during your stay. Other things to note This is an entire home that is part of a duplex so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 8 guests). Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. And, for everyone’s safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the home. There is also a noise monitoring device that will detect decibel levels only inside the home. Any tinkering or manipulation of these devices will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund. There are no cameras inside the home.
