Comfortable thanks to its central location, the apartment is situated on the first floor of an ancient building, which will allow you to enjoy all the conveniences of the city and at the same time to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The owners have paid special attention in making the apartment nice and comfortable, stylish and cozy for its guests.
The apartment Il Teatro retains the classic Tuscan style thanks to the maintenance and recovery of old terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams, combined with furniture of great value and a meticulous finish.
The apartment is accessed via a stone staircase that leads to your accommodation, living room complete with sofa (if necessary a sofa bed) and kitchen, fully equipped and complete with dining table. The living room also has air conditioning and satellite TV.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
