Harbor Island Beach House and Ocean Villas - L-203

Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator. Renters must be 25 or older to rent our villa. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed. ** Please note there is enough parking for 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
