From the moment you step inside, the harmony of the volumes and the quality of the fittings are immediately appealing.
Bathed in natural light thanks to a large picture window opening onto the outdoors, the living area reveals a contemporary and refined décor, thoughtfully designed with great taste, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
The space is arranged around a spacious open-plan living area including a modern kitchen, a convivial lounge and a dining area, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The house offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, including a superb master suite with a bathtub and a view over the garden, a true haven dedicated to relaxation.
A shower room with toilet completes the sleeping area.
Outdoors, the fully private garden is a true invitation to unwind. The 7.5 x 3.6-metre swimming pool, open from May to September, is surrounded by sun loungers and complemented by a dining area equipped with a gas plancha, perfect for preparing delicious Provençal-inspired dishes, as well as an elegant lounge area with a sofa.
Each space has been carefully designed to make the most of sunny days, in a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.
A pétanque court and four bicycles are also available for guests to explore the surroundings in complete freedom.

Only a 15-minute drive separates you from Gordes and the perched villages of the Luberon: Ménerbes, Roussillon and Bonnieux.
