Next to the pool, an elegant lounge area with comfortable colorful poufs and a shaded sail invites guests to relax, read, or enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Just 100 meters from the villa, a tennis court is available free of charge, perfect for both adults and children. The court is shared with the nearby agriturismo and is available by reservation. In the same area, there is also a ping pong table. Nature lovers will appreciate the educational nature trail located within the estate, as well as a private lake for sport fishing, freely accessible to guests who bring their own equipment. Set on a single level (ground floor), it consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, wood-fired oven, and barbecue, ideal for preparing and enjoying barbecues together. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor loggia, furnished with a dining table and lounge area, a perfect space for cooking, relaxing, and dining together outdoors.
