SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises. We respect your privacy and offer flexible interaction.
