Third Floor: You’ll find the second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a full hall bathroom, and a common area with another queen pullout sofa and a TV—perfect for extra sleeping space. TVs are located throughout the home, including in the living room, dining area, primary bedroom, upstairs common area, and queen bedroom. We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open. The water level is about 5 feet at the beginning of the dock and 6 feet at the end of the dock. This is subject to change with the seasons and may get shallower in the off-season and deeper in the on-season. There is 1 spot available at the dock for you to park your boat. It is the one on the left when looking at the dock from the land. This dock is shared with neighbors and that space is for dedicated to this property. Please note that the first floor has a mini split wall unit.
