We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open. Please note that this property does not have a boat dock or ramp. If you plan to bring a boat, you’ll need to launch it and board it at Rocky Point Recreation Area. At the end of the day, you’ll also need to take the boat out of the water and return it to the house on its trailer. Nearby docks are privately owned and cannot be used.
