Our quiet space is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and is a perfect space for someone in town for work. We have designed this apartment to have the perfect space for preparing a light meal, relaxing, and resting. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
