Welcome to a charming three bedroom home nestled on the west side of Columbus, Ohio. The Huron Charmer provides a historic home that is fully renovated and designed to be an excellent short-term rental for your stay. Our home includes a spacious main level with a living room, dining room, kitchen with cooking essentials, half bathroom, and first-floor bedroom. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms and a renovated full bathroom. Enjoy amazing sleep with brand new Helix mattresses throughout! We are pet friendly with a fenced back yard.
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home on the West side of Columbus. It is a charming home that has been lovingly restored and designed to be a great place to stay for a few days or a few months.
Our location is approximately a 10 minute drive from Downtown Columbus, OSU, and has easy access to most parts of Columbus. We are situated on a quiet street just a few blocks from a school. Parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway.
Upon arriving, you are greeted through the arched doorway into a spacious living room designed for family relaxation. There is also a good work space with a desk. The dining room opens to the kitchen and eat-in breakfast table. The first-floor bedroom is situated near a half bathroom and includes a full bed and mounted TV.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed and mounted TV, as well as another bedroom with a Queen bed. The second floor boasts a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and subway tile.

Guests will have full access to our entire home.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
