Connect, cook a meal, and relax in the spa. Our fenced yard invites pets to join in the fun. The unit includes a Kitchen, 1 Full Bathroom, 1 Half Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Area, and 3 Bedrooms. Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire house and fenced yard, including basement laundry machines. Nearby amenities abound with CVS, Kroger, and a quick drive to Polaris shopping and dining. Whether you’re in town for business, a Buckeye game, sporting event, or another occasion, we’d love to welcome you to the Westerville Wonder! Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
