These neighboring units are joined by a private interior connecting door, allowing them to function as one large, seamless space—perfect for families, groups, or business travelers who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy. This unique setup combines a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a studio-style unit, creating a comfortable retreat that accommodates a variety of group needs. The main unit features two king beds, one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa, while the adjoining studio offers one king bed, a large private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—ideal for added flexibility or separate sleeping space. Inside, both units are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes, comfortable furnishings, and an open, welcoming layout. Enjoy the convenience of multiple sleeping areas, ample bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out—whether you’re relaxing after a long day or settling in for a longer stay. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
