Welcome to 203 Tennismaster, a beautifully appointed multi-level villa where coastal charm meets modern convenience. This home is designed to be a functional yet relaxing sanctuary for families, couples, or small groups of up to four.
Living & Dining: The bright, open-concept living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for post-beach relaxation. Large glass sliders open to your private balcony, offering elevated views of the community pool—ideal for keeping an eye on the fun or enjoying your morning coffee.
Modern Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped galley-style kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. We provide essential cookware, dishware, and a private grill on the porch for outdoor dining. Please note: Cooking basics like oil and spices are not included.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. In Season, there is a free trolly stop in front of the resort.
Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly property! Hilton Head is a paradise for pups, with many outdoor dining options and specific seasonal beach hours for dogs.
Location Proximity: We are located directly next to the Sonesta Resort and just steps from the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, making this a premier spot for tennis enthusiasts and resort-style dining.
Supplies: A starter kit of paper products and detergents is provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their preferred toiletries and pantry staples.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
