Living & Dining: The bright, open-concept living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for post-beach relaxation. Large glass sliders open to your private balcony, offering elevated views of the community pool—ideal for keeping an eye on the fun or enjoying your morning coffee. Modern Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped galley-style kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. We provide essential cookware, dishware, and a private grill on the porch for outdoor dining. Please note: Cooking basics like oil and spices are not included. Bedroom Suites: Primary Suite: Features a plush King-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom for a resort-like feel. In Season, there is a free trolly stop in front of the resort. Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly property! Hilton Head is a paradise for pups, with many outdoor dining options and specific seasonal beach hours for dogs. Location Proximity: We are located directly next to the Sonesta Resort and just steps from the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, making this a premier spot for tennis enthusiasts and resort-style dining. Supplies: A starter kit of paper products and detergents is provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their preferred toiletries and pantry staples.
