Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead you to the crown jewel of the property: a fully fenced, private backyard oasis. Here, you can enjoy a kidney-shaped heated pool with a dedicated lounging deck, a professional outdoor kitchen with a built-in GE Profile grill, and a secondary fireplace for evening relaxation.
The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed with private en-suite access.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: Versatile Bunk and Day Bed setup.
Living Room: High-quality pull-out sofa for additional guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV. The renovated bathrooms offer a spa-like.
Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, private pool, and backyard. Access to Folly Field Beach is exceptionally convenient via a private entrance for local guests just two blocks away, or through the public entrance at Folly Field Beach Park. The property includes a driveway for on-site parking.
Pool Heating: The pool is heated for guest comfort; however, please note that the heater cannot operate when ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees (typically December through March).
Kitchen Provisions: While we provide a full set of cookware, plates, and utensils, please note that cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not provided.
Island Activities: The property is situated directly near Hilton Head’s famous 50-mile bike trail system. We recommend renting bikes to explore the nearby Port Royal golf courses and the Westin Resort’s spa.
Pet Policy/Gym: Please note that there is no gym on-site, and the property is a non-smoking environment.
