The unit is cozy and has a coastal feel. It has a queen bed in the master and a private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. The villa features a white and bright kitchen with quartz countertops and a glass-tiled backsplash. The floors are tiled throughout. Enjoy your own piece of paradise. Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the pool at Admiral Row or the second pool at the resort, which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movies at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, a huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickleball courts, a playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.
There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, and pizza and a sports pub are located at the conference center. Bike rentals are right at the resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonally. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, the largest beachfront pool on Hilton Head, a workout room, and a playground. Washers and dryers are on-site in the building, and an elevator is close by. This is a gated resort with 24-hour security and on-site check-in.
Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze trolley for public transportation at the entrance of the resort, and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

This includes the exclusive Admiral’s Row pool as well as the resort’s secondary pool—famed as the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island. Active travelers can utilize the on-site tennis and pickleball courts, a fully equipped workout room, and a playground for children. For convenience, the building features an elevator located near the unit and on-site laundry facilities. As a gated community, the resort provides 24-hour security and a streamlined check-in process at the conference center.
Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.
To ensure a seamless stay, the villa is stocked with essential cookware, including plates, bowls, and pans. Please be mindful that "cooking basics" such as oils and spices, as well as specialized utensils like chopsticks, are not provided; we recommend bringing your preferred staples. In compliance with community regulations, please note that e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the property. Your reservation includes one complimentary parking pass, though additional passes may be purchased for $35 each through the resort.
