Discover Lido 1, a bright and modern two-bedroom apartment ideally located for exploring Lugano on foot. Perfect for families or business travelers, the apartment is just minutes from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and the city’s main attractions.
The spacious living area features a comfortable designer sofa and a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of satellite channels, alongside a dining area with a table for six. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals at home.
The apartment offers two large double bedrooms, each with bedside tables and wardrobes for convenient storage. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation.
Guests are provided with high-quality bed linens, towels, and a courtesy kit, along with a welcome gift basket containing essentials for the first breakfast. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Smoking and commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
While there is no private parking, numerous public municipal car parks are available within walking distance, including in Via del Tiglio next to the Lugano Exhibition Centre.

The Exhibition Center is 3 minutes away, Ciani Park and its Villa are 5 minutes away, the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and sailing club. At the La Lanchetta restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, you can take a boat to various destinations of the Ceresio area.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 (direction Castagnola, Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes). Get off at the "Lugano, Palazzo Studi" stop and walk 3 minutes to the building.
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.

The guest group leader is required to complete an ONLINE CHECK-IN, which includes:
- The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Property Manager Sagl (you can read them by clicking on the link that is shown)
- The uploading of an identity document (ID or Passport)
- The entry of names, surnames, dates of birth of all guests.
- the signing of a CONTRACT with the Property Manager Sagl agency, with the acceptance of a set of Regulations.
Only upon completion of all these steps, the guest will receive instructions to enter the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.
