Snow settles quietly along the fairway as the mountains rise beyond, creating a peaceful alpine backdrop. After a day on the slopes, ease into the private hot tub or gather fireside beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed log beams. Winter mornings feel unhurried here, with coffee in hand and views stretching toward Whistler and Blackcomb.
Set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-story townhouse offers a bright, open-concept main level renovated in December 2019. Large windows frame mountain views, while hardwood floors and a gas fireplace create a warm setting throughout the colder months. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with its own ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and desk connects to a private ensuite, and a powder room adds convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, making shared meals easy after a day outdoors. A dining table seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open layout keeps everyone connected from kitchen to living area.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio or balcony for crisp mountain air, or unwind in the private hot tub beneath winter skies. The BBQ grill and outdoor furniture offer flexible space year-round.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
