On the lower level, one bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath. Another offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as two twins. A den hosts a tri-bunk bed suitable for children or additional guests. This den does not have an external window but provides a private place to sleep. The lower level also includes a third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity, while a powder room sits on the main floor for added convenience. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code.
