You could just hop on the pool floater and cool yourself off on a hot day. Additionally, pop upstairs to our balcony and enjoy a quick sunbathe or a few drinks with friends and family. This is an ideal spot for sunset drinks or a morning coffee. Guests seeking privacy can seamlessly retreat to their own air-conditioned quarters, which makes this Villa ideal for one or two couples, a family with children or even friends traveling together. When it’s time to socialise, there are plenty of areas to do so, including the large sun bed, balcony with comfy synthetic grass or the huge sofa in the living room, where you get to enjoy your favourite movies and music on our large Smart TV. We also provide a Karaoke set with microphones for those who prefer to sing along to those songs closest to their heart. If you’d prefer to play UNO or cards, we also got you covered. If ever in need of fast Wi-Fi connection for work or leisure, fear none, we have fast internet connection in place to use throughout the property. The Villa is designed for full comfort, fun and relaxation throughout. Our entire team is always on hand to respond promptly and assist with any inquiries or requests you may have. --- NEIGHBOURHOOD: It is strategically located within a 3 minute walk to Sunset Road where you can find a 24hr small Supermarket, Beverage Store, Gym and even a great Money Exchange place. In just a 3-4 minutes ride you find yourself at the Sunset Road Legian dining district with Mcdonald’s, Burger King, Diva Karaoke and one of the best All You Can Eat Diners to be found with much more. Also 8 minutes away you can visit the brand new Trans Studio Mall, with a small theme park newly opened with a list of shops. Again, about a 5-8 minutes ride and you find yourself on Jalan Nakula or Jalan Legian, where there are hundreds of shops, souvenir stores and restaurants ready to serve your needs. In just 12 minutes ride you can reach Double Six Beach. Both Kuta and Seminyak are within very easy reach from the Villa, allowing you to explore the surrounding areas with no issue. The airport is as close as 20 minutes by car. We carefully selected this Villa to allow you to explore Bali with ease, while relaxing in an extremely quiet Villa with plenty of privacy. Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced. We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek Applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the Villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These Apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes. We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day driving services with our private driver. For more information, please get in touch. --- OTHER DETAILS: There will be a member of staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 2 sets of keys for the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - Please note that as the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear.. - Please note that due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection. - There is some construction taking place behind the villa, so there may be some unwanted noise and disruption during certain hours of the day!
