The vibe of the condo:
Modern and chic with luxury amenities: enjoy a private balcony next to a bedroom on the 3rd floor, a modern open-plan kitchen layout, seamlessly connecting to a beautiful dining area, and a comfortable living room featuring 2 sofas, a fireplace and plenty of board games! Perfect for groups, you’ll have access to free parking on first come first served basis, a fitness center, and a fantastic year-round pool (not heated) for everyone to enjoy.
Access from one property to the other:
The two properties are directly across from each other on Avoca Street. Centennial Quarters sits opposite The Odyssey—it’s about a 1-minute walk between them. To walk from the townhouse to the Odyssey condo, exit Centennial Quarters onto Avoca Street and you’ll see the Odyssey parking entrance straight across the road. Cross to the parking area, then continue through to the building entrance. The pool and gym are accessed from the same side—located to the left after crossing the parking area. Please refer to the photos in our media section for a visual guide.

1- Centennial Quarters (Townhome, 4 floors):
1st floor: living room, dining, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and one-car garage access
2nd floor: game room plus sleeping space with bunk beds, arcade, and foosball - desk
3rd floor: two bedrooms (king bedroom + queen bedroom with private balcony), shared bath, and laundry
4th floor: primary suite with two queen beds and an ensuite bath featuring a freestanding tub and the guest favorite’s double shower!
2- Odyssey Condo (Single level home, 2 bedrooms):

Building perks (Odyssey condo)
The fantastic building perks, including the gym and year-round pool, are exclusively located at the Odyssey condo. However, your entire group has full access to enjoy these amenities. It’s all part of the unique experience when you book once to get two beautiful spaces, allowing everyone to enjoy Nashville with a little more ease and a lot more room to breathe.
GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions for both homes, with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.
NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
West End is a residential, well-established neighborhood, adjacent to Midtown and Sylvan Park, near Vanderbilt, Belmont, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village, and Sylvan Park, and about an 8-minute drive to downtown & Broadway. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, while being within walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Parthenon, plus many music venues and restaurants (the Local, Bricktop’s, Tito’s).

Enjoy easy self-check-in with smart locks; your unique code will be sent before arrival. Before each stay, your unit is carefully inspected to meet our high standards for cleanliness and comfort. During your visit, our local Property Manager team is just a message away via phone, text or email and available 24/7. We fully respect your privacy, but are always happy to help or share local tips whenever you need us.

Parking: townhome includes private parking plus free street parking; condo garage parking is first come, first served
Pet note: Up to 1 dog under 50 lbs accepted in the Townhouse / However, the condo has a strict pet-free policy.
You will need 3 access codes: one for the house, one for the building, and one for the condo. Check-in instructions are sent two (2) days prior to arrival.
★Amenities & Building Facilities★
Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
★Trash & Waste Disposal★
All trash must be bagged and securely tied before disposal. Guests in 3rd–5th floor units must use the trash chute on their floor. Guests in 1st–2nd floor units must take trash directly to the garage-level trash room and place bags inside the dumpsters provided. Please do not leave trash or recycling in hallways, outside doors, or on balconies.
★Parking at The Odyssey★
Guests are encouraged to use the lower level of the parking garage, which offers 44 open spaces (including 5 handicap) on a first-come, first-served basis. The lower level also includes 23 reserved spaces marked with unit numbers—please do not park in any reserved spots that do not match your unit. If the lower level is full, you may use unreserved spaces on the upper level or available street parking on Long Blvd, 31st Ave N, and Avoca St.
★No luggage drop-off allowed★
Feel free to park your car earlier than check-in time in the building’s parking, and have breakfast at Starbucks or lunch at Tito’s, or you can use of the bounce luggage drop off locations in West End.
