The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a family room with an 82-inch smart TV, and a dining room, all with water views. The second level has three en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, pull-out sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It’s located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton’s best dining and attractions.
