This lovely beach house is just a quick 3-5 minute walk to the Burkes Beach, is right next to Chaplin Park (tennis, basketball, playground, and beautiful athletic fields). Pool: 16’ x 32’ *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heating fee not included in your total and will be added by management company after online booking is made.
