Continuing down the hallway, you will find a convenient guest toilet, and at the end, a large living room divided into three different areas, filled with natural light and equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and heating (split system), as well as high-speed fiber internet.
From the living room, a small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom features two single beds (90x190 cm) placed together, while the master bedroom offers a 150x190 cm double bed, a practical desk, and a walk-in wardrobe. The building has an elevator (with some stair sections), and the apartment includes a crib and high chair upon request, ensuring comfort for couples, friends, and families.
