Just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, your mountain getaway starts here! * Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. * We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance.
