Completed in April 2025, this luxurious villa offers the perfect blend of modern design and serene comfort, all within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach and a vibrant selection of restaurants and activities. Lumiere South promises an exceptional living experience with its sophisticated interiors and expansive outdoor spaces. Each bedroom serves as a private retreat, featuring sleek, modern furnishings and abundant natural light. The state-of-the-art kitchen and spacious dining area provide the perfect setting for entertaining or enjoying a quiet meal at home. Experience ultimate relaxation in the elegantly appointed living areas or step outside to your private pool deck surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The villa’s rooftop is a haven for leisure and entertainment, equipped with lounging areas, games, and bicycles, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking island views. Perfectly positioned, Lumiere South offers convenience at your doorstep. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery store, 10 minutes to the airport, and close proximity to tour operators. With Grace Bay’s top attractions and other beautiful beaches within a 15-minute radius, everything you need for a memorable stay is right here. Bedroom Breakdown: Upper Level: Master Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, opens to a private balcony and pool views. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3: King-sized bed, shared bathroom, flat-screen TV. Rooftop: seating and full bathroom with shower, wc, and sink. Notes: • One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee. • Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear. • A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week (*applicable to 7-day stays only). • Electricity is metered to discourage a/c use with the windows open. There is an allowance of 500kw for electricity. The excess will be billed to the guest at the actual cost. The a/c will not function if the doors are open.
