**UPDATED DECEMBER 22, 2025**
As of August 20, 2025, construction commenced on a nearby lot, approximately 100 ft from the villa. The project is expected to continue through August 2026 (timeline not guaranteed). Based on the contractor’s plan, crews operate Monday–Friday (full day) and Saturday (until noon). No Sunday work is planned. Since we’re not affiliated with the contractor, schedules could change without notice, and we cannot quantify the exact level of noise at any given time, even though we’ve heard only good things from guests who’ve stayed there. We have hosted 13 families since construction began and have only heard good feedback. To offset any inconvenience, a discount is already reflected in current rates.
Turks & Caicos’ iconic turquoise waters will get your attention as you enter Villa Allegria, a luxurious 6BR gated home in Emerald Point, an exclusive neighborhood with private entry and limited access, at the tip of the world’s best beach, Grace Bay.
Villa Allegria is just what you see in the pictures: bright, happy, & spacious, with so much to offer. Once inside, you’ll be greeted with pouring natural light and soft Caribbean winds flowing through the dazzling open-concept layout. You can make your way past the large Arcadia doors and relax in the tropical paradise you came for!
