- This 2-story house requires stairs to access. There are exterior steps up and down, along with some uneven ground and walkways, consistent with many properties of this age (built in 1956). Indoors, the living room is sunken, with a step down from the entrance, a step up into the dining room, and a step down into the game room. The lower quarter-acre lot requires navigating a gravel surface
- The use of hair dye is not allowed in the property
- Only Duraflame-style logs are allowed in the fireplace (no natural wood); a starter set for each fireplace will be provided
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $50/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). In the colder/winter months, it may take several days for the pool to reach a comfortable temperature, so make sure to select the pool heat option upon booking
- This property features 2 noise monitors: 1 inside and 1 outside, as required by local regulations for safety and compliance. These devices monitor decibel levels and smoke; they do not record video or audio
- Your safety matters. This property features 9 exterior security cameras that will be active during your stay for security, liability, and insurance purposes; 8 of these cameras can be set to mute audio. The Ring doorbell device on the front door remains active with both audio and video for security and communication purposes. There are 3 exterior security cameras in the carport area facing the parking spaces, 2 on the outside of the upper level facing the driveway, street, and backyard, 2 on the back patio facing the exterior doors, and 1 in the back lot facing the parking area
