Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior written approval - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, must be the person named on the reservation, and must remain at the property throughout the stay. Third-party bookings are prohibited - Before occupancy, the primary renter must provide the information and identification required by Riverside County, review and sign the Good Neighbor Brochure, acknowledge viewing the Good Neighbor video, and accept responsibility for the conduct and compliance of all guests and occupants - No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outdoor amplified sound and any activity that disturbs neighboring properties are prohibited - Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property - Pets are not permitted due to allergies. Service animals and other assistance animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law and the applicable booking platform’s policies. Guests are encouraged to notify Property Manager before arrival so appropriate arrangements can be made - Any assistance animal must remain under the guest’s control at all times, must not be left unattended when doing so would create a disturbance or safety concern, and must be housebroken. There are exterior steps up and down, along with some uneven ground and walkways, consistent with many properties of this age (built in 1956). Indoors, the living room is sunken, with a step down from the entrance, a step up into the dining room, and a step down into the game room. The lower quarter-acre lot requires navigating a gravel surface - The use of hair dye and self-tanning lotions/sprays is not allowed in the property - Only Duraflame-style logs are allowed in the fireplace (no natural wood); a starter set for each fireplace will be provided - There is an optional pool heat fee of $125/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay), which must be arranged in advance. Heating is intended for warm weather only and is not recommended during cooler months. The spa is available year-round - Per Riverside County guidelines, reservations are strictly capped at a maximum stay of 29 consecutive nights SECURITY CAMERA AND NOISE-MONITOR INFORMATION - For security, property protection, and regulatory compliance, this property has 9 exterior security cameras that remain active during reservations. There are no security cameras inside the home - Location: 3 in carport area, 2 on upper level exterior, 2 on back patio, 1 at lower parking lot, 1 on doorbell - Coverage: parking areas, driveway, street, backyard, entry doors - The Ring doorbell records both video and audio for security and communication purposes. The remaining eight exterior cameras record video only, with audio recording disabled - The property also has two privacy-safe noise-monitoring devices: one inside the game room and one outside, closest to the nearest properties. These devices measure sound levels and may detect smoke-related conditions.
