Welcome to our stylish and comfortable condo right on the river in the heart of Coeur d’ Alene! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfect for 5 whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely with a view.
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the open layout and huge windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and opens onto a private balcony where you can sip coffee or wine while looking out at the river.
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a meal or entertain guests. It’s set up for easy living—just bring your groceries. Wanting your groceries stocked prior to arrival? Ask about our concierge services!
The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom is great for guests or kids. There’s also washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
This condo comes with a dedicated garage space and you’ll also have access to a day-use dock, a gym, and a meeting room in the building.
We’re located in one of the most walkable areas of Coeur d’Alene—steps from restaurants, cafes, a movie theater, shopping, and the Centennial Trail. Downtown CDA and the lake are just a short drive or bike ride away.

The city of Coeur d’Alene has an active downtown scene, many great restaurants, and lots of local shops. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. This area is known for the four season weather showing bright, white snow in the winter, beautiful blooming and green grass in the spring, sunshine and heat in the summer, and colorful turning leaves with a slight chill in the fall.
Take a drive north to the great Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach Water Park. Get your adrenaline pumping with a Zip Line Tour or find relaxation on a sunset cruise across Coeur d’Alene Lake. This area has it all!
Coeur d’Alene Lake: Coeur d’Alene Lake is 26 miles long with 135 miles of shoreline. It is a natural dam-controlled lake with plenty of space for recreational boating use. Coeur d’Alene Lake is known as the “Playground of the Pacific Northwest” where water skiing, tubing, and amazing sunsets take place. The scene is set with panoramic views of the climbing mountains, wildlife, and year-round access.
