The villa is generously proportioned across multiple floors, fully air conditioned and furnished in a contemporary style that blends comfort with modern elegance. The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, creating a perfect environment for socialising and relaxing after days spent discovering the town or lounging by the water. A fully equipped kitchen ensures guests have everything required to prepare meals with ease. Outside, the private pool and terraces offer wonderful spots to soak up the coastal scenery, enjoy alfresco dining, or unwind with an evening drink while watching the lights of Kalkan twinkle in the distance. Sleeping arrangements include five well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and access to outdoor space. The first floor hosts a double bedroom with en-suite and balcony, along with a twin bedroom also offering an en-suite and balcony. On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite and balcony, together with another twin room similarly equipped. The third floor features a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities and a private roof terrace with panoramic views. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays of seven nights or more. For shorter stays, a cleaning fee of EUR100 applies. Optional mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a typical full clean charged at approximately EUR100. Guests have access to amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor dining areas, sunbathing terraces, barbecue facilities and private parking. Check-in is available from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. A security deposit of EUR500 is required.
