A few steps below lies the villa’s stunning private swimming pool, framed by a spacious sun deck and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Villa Mare Nostrum accommodates up to ten guests, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. The villa offers five bedrooms, four of which feature king-size beds, and one designed for children under 14 with bunk beds. Bathrooms are carefully distributed, with en-suite and shared arrangements, including a convenient outdoor guest bathroom by the pool. Please note that Bedroom 5 is best suited for younger children and that, due to terraces, low walls, and natural drops around the property, young children must always be supervised. For guests seeking a digital detox, there is no television in the house, encouraging a deeper connection with the natural beauty that surrounds it. Daily housekeeping and mid-week linen changes are included, as well as an arrival tour and check-in assistance. Property Manager’s concierge team is on hand to arrange grocery pre-stocking, private massages, yoga classes, and curated recommendations for dining, beaches, and excursions. A 24/7 assistance line ensures peace of mind throughout the stay. Guests should be aware of the additional costs associated with their booking. A climate resilience fee of €15 per night, a mandatory check-out cleaning fee of €60, and a 3% processing fee are charged on top of the rental rate. A refundable security deposit of €500 is held as a pre-authorization one day before arrival and released three days after departure, provided no damages occur. The minimum stay is four nights, and rates include VAT and municipal taxes. Payment terms require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in, but no refund thereafter unless the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, in which case Property Manager will return up to 100% of payments out of courtesy.
