The interiors have been carefully designed to feel both airy and intimate, with soft lighting, artisanal finishes, and every modern amenity one could require. The villa is fully serviced with daily housekeeping and a mid-week change of linens and towels, while the friendly local team welcomes guests with a personal check-in and tour of the property. Guests may request additional services such as grocery pre-stocking, private massages, yoga sessions, and tailored recommendations for dining, beaches, and excursions. Assistance and troubleshooting are available 24/7 throughout the stay. Rates include VAT and municipal tax, though several mandatory and optional costs apply. Guests are kindly reminded that a minimum stay of four nights is required. A climate resilience fee of €15 per night, a €60 check-out cleaning fee, and a 3% processing fee are charged on top of the rental rate. A pre-authorisation security deposit of €500 will be held one day prior to arrival and released three days after departure, provided no damages occur. Pets are welcome on request. To secure a booking, 20% of the total rental is payable at the time of reservation, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. After this period, payments are non-refundable, though Villa Lithos operates a fairness policy: should the cancelled dates be successfully re-booked, up to 100% of the amount paid may be refunded. Given the strict cancellation policy and the short summer season in Antiparos, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
