This lower level also features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. Throughout the villa, guests will find Smart TVs, air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and tasteful furnishings that balance comfort with sophistication. The outdoor area is designed for leisure and indulgence, offering a private swimming pool with optional heating (available upon request for €150 per day, with a three-day minimum and two days’ notice), sun loungers, a shaded lounge and dining area, and a barbecue. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, sound system, satellite TVs, iron and ironing board, a baby cot and highchair on request, a safe box, alarm system, security cameras, and on-site parking. The villa’s location offers excellent access to Mykonos Town, just 17 minutes away, and the island’s main attractions, including the airport, port, supermarkets, and a selection of the most iconic beaches and beach clubs, all within a short drive. Please note that this property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties, and quiet hours are to be respected between 23:00 and 07:00. A damage deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected in cash. This deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
