Sit back in your lounge chair overlooking the pool and marvel at the sails in the foreground, with the one-of-kind view of Chatham Village beyond. Bring your kayak and take a tour of the pond and river. Another nice thing you’ll notice when you’re hanging out at the pool: it’s quiet and very private, because you’re at the end of a neighborhood road with no outlet and next to no traffic. The large new deck provides another special outdoor living space with water views, especially thanks to its built-in fire pit where you’ll gather when the sun goes down for gazing at the stars. There’s also a good sized dining table here that seats eight for meals al fresco, and an awning to provide shade when needed. Inside, you’ll quickly discover that the floorplan was created with the water views in mind, especially noteworthy from the dining table which seats eight. The open kitchen is spacious, very social and nicely equipped (including a Nespresso Machine!). The living room provides plenty of comfy lounge seating, and there’s a bathroom here where you’ll find a small washer and dryer. There’s another full bath just off the pool deck which essentially serves as an outdoor shower. Sleeping quarters on the main level include one bedroom with a queen size bed and another with twin beds. Walk upstairs to discover a second, lounge area with a large TV. There are two more bedrooms on this level, including the spacious master suite with a King size bed, full bath en suite and amazing elevated views of the water. The home’s fourth bedroom provides a queen size bed. There’s another full bath off the upstairs hall that’s used by the occupants of the queen bedroom and has been recently upgraded.
