"Light, bright, and open, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on the 10th floor of The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is designed for vacation memory-making at the beach. In the spacious living room, picturesque Gulf views take center stage through walls of glass and there’s plenty of seating for together time and entertaining. An enormous wall-mounted 85” 4K flatscreen TV, oversized sectional, and comfy accent chairs invite relaxation after busy beach days. Gather for family game nights, watch a favorite movie, curl up with a book, or simply enjoy the views.
Open to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen features lots of wood cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Start your morning right with coffee brewed in either the Keurig or full-pot coffee maker, then enjoy a casual breakfast at the huge breakfast bar with seating for four. A separate wet bar with an additional sink, ice maker, blender, and wine fridge makes the perfect post-beach drink and snack station, and when it’s time to dine, an elegantly appointed Gulfview dining room with seating for six awaits.
When you need a little time to yourself to rest and recharge, choose from three spacious bedrooms. Each has a large flatscreen TV, inviting hotel-style linens, and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a luxurious King bed, French doors to the dining room and Gulf views beyond, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Each of the guest bedrooms has two Queen beds, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so this home accommodates up to 12 guests with plenty of space for everyone. There is also a fourth bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
When you want to feel the Gulf breeze, just step out onto your private Gulf-front balcony. The views of emerald waves and sugar-white sand will take your breath away. Whether enjoying your morning coffee at the cafe table, lounging on the cushioned outdoor furniture during sunset happy hours, or sneaking a peek down below at the beachfront pools, there’s plenty of seating for everyone.
*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies."
