Our beautiful two bedroom lakeside apartment at our Marina complex boast captivating views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range with full length sliding doors in the living area that open up onto your patio / balcony to enjoy and breathe it all in from the comfort of your outdoor furniture.
The apartment comprises of generously sized open plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two en suite bathrooms, full laundry facilities & free complex parking. For your comfort the apartment has unlimited free WIFI, a flat screen smart TV in the living area and a second flat screen TV in the main bedroom, heat pump / air-conditioning, heaters in each bedroom and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Communal BBQ’s are also available throughout the complex.
The complex is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a scenic 5-kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track that runs beside the lake. This perfect balance allows you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown, while still providing a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evenings.
Additionally, the complex is only a short two-minute walk along the lakefront to the famous Boat Shed Cafe & Bistro, offering breakfast and lunch, as well as Altitude Brewery, where you can relax and sample a selection of locally brewed beers and ciders. You’ll also find a Pilates studio nearby for a calming workout, Norka’s Kai for delicious local food, and Fino Wine Bar — a perfect spot to enjoy quality wines in a cosy atmosphere.
We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.
