The apartment sits within easy walking distance of the Jean Jaurès metro station, the Allées Jean Jaurès and Gare Matabiau, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The apartment is arranged across two distinct rooms. The bedroom is fully enclosed with a door for privacy, featuring a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.
