There’s room for everyone to spread out across an upstairs and downstairs living space, plus a downstairs bedroom, great for grandparents, an extra couple or teenager. Your indoor-outdoor pet can run and play with the kids in the spacious grassy backyard. This property is located in a quiet and safe residential cul-de-sac, perfect for the safety of your little ones to play in the front yard.
Outdoor Living
The covered outdoor living area features a reupholstered outdoor lounge, ceiling fan, hanging egg chair and exercise equipment (boxing, weights bench and sled- use at your own risk). Delight in evenings by the firepit, making the most of the outdoor space with family and friends. Pool toys and inflatables have been provided for your convenience and enjoyment, perfect for Summer days by the pool. Cook delicious meals on the Weber BBQ, while watching the kids in the pool.

The dining table seats 8, great for family meals, while the breakfast bar seats 3-4 on the stools. For your convenience, a highchair is included for your little one. The kitchen contains all the essentials plus more in your home away from home. The kitchen features an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, airfryer plus more.

Bedrooms 1-4 are upstairs, and contain ducted AC and a ceiling fan.
The master suite is a true retreat for parents, featuring a spacious room with modern styling, a comfortable king bed, and a luxurious ensuite for ultimate comfort and privacy. Watch sunsets out of the twin windows overlooking the Tweed Hinterland. The open ensuite includes his-and-her sinks, plus rain shower head and toilet.
Bright and airy bedrooms 2-4 contain a double bed and desk, perfect for kids or extra guests. Cupboards are not available for guest use.
The beautifully crafted upstairs bathroom contains separate toilet, plus freestanding bath and shower.
Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor, making it perfect for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs, or for those seeking extra privacy, such as a teenager or an additional couple. This room contains a double bed also, and is serviced by a nearby powder room.
Parking & Laundry
Parking is available for 1 vehicle on the driveway, and additional cars can utilise street parking. The garage is not available for guest use. The laundry features a washing machine and dryer, plus iron and ironing board for your convenience.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
