Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund. Pets Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $120 per pet may be collected. Pet owners must provide breed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).
