**This apartment is rented seasonally for medium- or short-term stays, in full compliance with the LAU regulations as a "use other than habitual residence." It is not available for tourist rentals; instead, it must be rented for work-related, personal, or family reasons, etc., and the tenant must reside outside Madrid. Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this property, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.**
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. It features large windows that allow abundant natural light throughout the day. The living room is equipped with a sofa, side table, Smart TV, and a dining table that seats four people. Next to the dining area is the access to the balcony. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which includes a 1.80 x 2.00-meter double bed, a large-capacity wardrobe, and two bedside tables. This room is also very bright thanks to a large window overlooking the street. Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom, which includes a washing machine.
The apartment is located in a prime area next to Paseo de la Castellana, a vibrant and well-connected district. Just steps away, you can enjoy a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as excellent public transport links that provide easy access to Madrid’s main points of interest.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
