VILLA LUCE DI MARE – MASSA LUBRENSE
Set on the coastline of the Sorrento Peninsula, Villa Luce Di Mare boasts a privileged location with sweeping views over the Mediterranean. Just 400 metres from the sea and a short drive (1 km) to the charming town of Massa Lubrense, this villa offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Guests can enjoy easy access to local restaurants, cafés, and shops, while being ideally placed to explore nearby coastal gems like Sorrento and Positano.
Spanning over 330 m² across three elegant levels connected by a private elevator, the interiors are designed for both luxury and comfort.
The upper floor (street level) features the main entrance, a bright living room with sofas (one is a double sofa bed), air conditioning and sea views, and a stylish double bedroom (Queen size) with en suite bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet.
Descending to the middle level (accessed via lift or 20 stairs), you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: one double bedroom with kind size canopy bed, terrace, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower; one bedroom that can be set up as twin or double, terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower; one master bedroom with beds that can be set up as two singles or one double, with one additional single bed, terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower. This floor also includes a well-equipped laundry room for guest convenience.
The lower level (also accessible via lift or 20 stairs) opens to the heart of the home: a second, spacious living and dining room with panoramic windows, dining table for 10, and option for a single bed to be added on request. Here you’ll also find a sleek modern kitchen with many appliances and a bathroom with shower. From this level, you step directly out to the main panoramic terrace, equipped with outdoor dining area, professional kitchen, barbecue, and pizza oven.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are as impressive as its interiors. A private sea-view pool (6x4 m, max depth 1.2 m) which can be heated on request up to 28°C, complete with hydromassage jets and waterfall feature, invites you to unwind while gazing at the horizon. The sun terrace is perfect for lounging, while the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining terrace offer the ultimate setting for sunset dinners. Featuring a 12-seat dining table, barbecue, ice machine, and wood-fired pizza oven (available exclusively through the villa’s private chef), this space is ideal for entertaining in true Italian style.
