Stay in the heart of Downtown walk to Broadway!

Walk to Broadway Honkey Tonks in a few minutes! Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this unique property is offered for reservations up to 10 people, all who can have their own beds! That’s right, you can organize a great trip to Nashville with all your friends & stay in one location without the expense of Hotel rates. Featuring an Incredible games room with a poker table, basketball, arcade machine, dartboard & flatscreen TV to watch games & movies! This property features 3 spacious bedrooms with King beds and all en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, two of the King bedrooms have custom built-in bunk beds. There are 2 full size sleeper sofa’s in the living room and we even keep a blow up air-mattress in the closet for everyone to have their own bed if preferred. That gives us a grand total of 10 beds. The whole house has been renovated, featuring a variety of hardwood, tile and stained concrete flooring. The kitchen is tremendously well equipped with everything you need to eat in and entertain. An island with barstool seating and a spacious dining area allow your entire group to hang out and have food and drinks together and when you are ready to wind down and play some games, head down to the converted garage that has been finished out as a brilliant games room. In this great hang out space, you can play cards with your friends on our card table infront of the flat screen tv, enjoy a game of foosball, challenge each other on the tandem basketball shooter, play some darts or re-live the golden days on the full-size multi-game arcade machine! There is a laundry room in the home should you need to refresh some towels or wash your clothes while visiting and it is equipped with an iron & board, hairdryers and shower gels etc for your convenience. Within the community there is a nice covered area to eat and grill outside should you decide to whip up some steaks or burgers at home! Alternatively, ’Husk’ one of Nashville’s premier restaurants is literally next door. We hope you choose to stay with us and come back to visit time and time again. Please note that there is limited parking onsite & at the street and it is first come first served. There is a gated section where a key fob to open said gate can be accessed once you arrive and it is located in the kitchen drawer (please always make sure it is returned). This section can accommodate one car for your group and street parking is usually not a problem to find. You can walk to everything in Downtown Nashville within a few minutes. If you are attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena, The Schermerhorn Symphony Hall or The Ascend Amphitheater, it’s all just a few minutes walk from your door. If your team is playing The Tennessee Titans or The Nashville Predators then you can avoid all the game time traffic and simply walk to the stadiums in no time at all.
